So after what must have been more than a year I’ve decided to blog on here again. I’m starting a happiness project and a blog called ‘theendlesspursuit’ seems pretty apt I think.
So I’ll probably chat about that a bit and reblog relevant inspiration for my happiness project and writing and health improvement - because sometimes writing your inner thought process is the best way to understand it!
I’m trying to work out how to fix a masters..it’s hard
So I started my new job on Monday, I have now been given keys to the building and offered the potential of a promotion to site-manager (aka a mix of being a hardcore admin manager and being in control of the physical site), I might be sharing this with someone else and it’s still something they still want to work out with me… But I love my job :D I love being somewhere where people really think I am competent and want me to progress in the business.
It is such an amazing change from selfridges where I hated every minute of it :) I already have friends and feel like a really important part of a lovely team :)
Oh, and also I discovered that my current yearly wage is around £18,000 and if I become site manager that is likely to become somewhere in the region of £20,000 to £22,000.
I am so happy :)
how many “friend-zoned” guys does it take to change a light bulb? None they’ll just compliment it and get pissed when it won’t screw.
this is the best joke ever
Things that don’t make you less of a feminist:
- Being in a loving relationship.
- Being submissive.
- Wearing makeup.
- Being a housewife.
- Wearing dresses.
- High heels.
Things that do make you less of a feminist:
- Shaming women for doing any of these things.
